Dawson leads the Digital Marketing Analytics team, which tracks all of &Barr's digital media performance. Dawson loves optimization; in fact, he’s already rearranged his office to ensure the perfect Feng Shui. At Darden, Dawson implemented a Return on Ad Spend analysis and reporting initiative for Olive Garden across all paid digital channels, resulting in a major positive impact on the business. Outside of &Barr Dawson is pursuing his MBA (again, life optimizations) and is a member of Enzian and Leu Gardens. He loves to travel and studied abroad in Spain, England, and China during his time at the University of Florida. Dawson also loves language and has studied Spanish, Mandarin (Chinese), and Japanese, along with a handful of web/programming languages.
